On Thursday, 8 February, the draw for the Nations League season-2024/25 took place in Paris, which among other things determined the opponents of the national team of Ukraine in this tournament.
Before the draw, all participants of the tournament were traditionally distributed into baskets in accordance with the ranking of the national teams according to the results of the Nations League season-2022/23.
The national team of Ukraine in the upcoming Nations League, as in the previous season, will play in Division "B". As a result of the draw, the Ukrainian national team was in Group 1 together with the Czech Republic, Albania and Georgia.

The top two teams from each of the groups in Division A will play in the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final of the Nations League.
The teams that finish last in their groups will move to a lower division for the following season, while the group winners will be promoted to a higher division. Teams that finish third in Division A and third in Division B groups will play promotion/relegation playoffs against teams that finish second in Division B and second in Division C groups respectively.
Round 1 of the 2024/25 Nations League season will be played from 5-7 September, with the final, Round 6, to be played from 17-19 November. The quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals of the Nations League are scheduled for June next year, while the promotion/relegation play-offs are scheduled for March.
We would like to add that the upcoming Nations League, like the previous one, will be held without the participation of the Russian national team, which has been expelled from all international tournaments.
