Before tomorrow's Champions League play-off match with RB Leipzig, Real Madrid faced other serious problems in addition to the absence of key players.
Firstly, the "cream" team could not get to the game by plane because local airport workers (and, apparently, RB fans) suddenly went on strike. The Real Madrid delegation was forced to fly to the nearest airport in Erfurt. The Madrid team had to travel about 150 km by bus.
But even here, there were some misfortunes. The Royal Club bus was involved in an accident when it collided with a Toyota, whose driver, instead of driving properly, was filming the Spanish guests on the move. According to the club, no one was injured. The damage caused by the accident is being investigated.
