Following the results of the next European Cup matches, Ukraine did not change its position in the UEFA coefficient table.
We shall remind you that yesterday Shakhtar Donetsk drew (2-2) with French side Marseille in the first match for the right to qualify for the Europa League 1/8 finals, and the Pitmen are now the only Ukrainian representative in the Eurocups.
As a result, Ukraine remain in 18th place in the UEFA coefficient table. The key position in this part of the table is the 15th position: the countries that occupy places 1 to 15 in the table, inclusive, delegate two representatives to the Champions League, rather than one.
Recall that the final table of UEFA coefficients in the current season will determine the representation of countries in the European Cup season 2025/26. Next season Ukraine, as before, will be represented in the Champions League by two teams.
