According to the results of European Cup matches held this week, Ukraine has retained its position in the UEFA coefficients table.
Despite the fact that all the Ukrainian clubs, who played in European competitions this season, dropped out of the competition in the previous stages, Ukraine in the table of UEFA coefficients still occupies the 14th position.
As a reminder, the countries ranked 1st to 15th in the table, delegate two representatives to the Champions Leaguenot one.
And Ukraine will not go lower than the critical 15th position as none of the countries below in the table has its representatives in the remaining stages of European Cup competitions (semi-finals and finals).
On the other hand, Switzerland, which occupies 13th place in the UEFA coefficient table, managed to pull away from Ukraine - thanks to the access of Basel to the semifinals of the Conference League.
Recall that the final table of the UEFA coefficients this season will determine the representation of countries in European cups in the season 2024/25.
