Dynamo played their penultimate sparring before the start of the second part of the season in a very experimental lineup. Judge for yourself, if the most experienced players on the pitch were Dubinchak and Shaparenko. Perhaps, this was one of the reasons for the unsuccessful start of the meeting for our team, because "Petrocube" managed to score a goal in the second minute! After a corner kick to the goalkeeper's area, Platike took advantage of the chaos in the penalty area and shot from a metre into the net - 0:1.
Oleksandr Shovkovskiy's charges tried to respond immediately with their own chances, but with every minute the degree of emotions was rising higher and higher. Petrocube players played rudely, fouling at the first opportunity. A foul on Dyachuk in the centre of the field almost ended in a team-on-team scuffle. Coaches also ran out to separate the players. Interestingly, the main referee decided not to punish anyone even with a yellow card.
Closer to the middle of the first half Dynamo managed to equalise the score. After a long pass from Diachuk, the ball was picked up by Supryaga and, going one-on-one with goalkeeper Abalora, shot accurately low into the far corner of the goal - 1:1. Literally in the next attack the second goal should have been scored by Benito, but after a shot from the left flank from Dubinchak, the Nigerian from a metre managed to hit the goalkeeper "Petrocube", after which the ball was knocked out of the penalty area.
In the following minutes, the passions on the field boiled again. And again because of the rough play of the Moldovan club players. After another foul, Diallo came to deal with the offender, who was taken aside by the assistant coach of the Bilo-Syni Oleg Gusev. The first half ended with a dangerous free kick from Shaparenko, but the ball flew near the bar....
After the break the Dynamo coaching staff traditionally made several substitutions, which allowed the team to strengthen the game in the first place. But our team still lacked an accurate finishing pass or shot - the shots from the flanks were unaimed, and long-range shots, such as Diallo's, were inaccurate.
In turn, the Petrocube players tried to get into positional attacks, forcing Morgun to intervene only a couple of times. As a result, the second half turned out to be boring and inconclusive. Another draw for the Bilo-Syni at the Turkish training camp.
Recall, Dynamo will play their final control match in Turkey tomorrow, 17 February. The opponent of Oleksandr Shovkovskiy's team will be Sheriff. The kick-off is at 16:00.
