Bayern Munich captain Joshua Kimmich was disappointed after the team's defeat in the 22nd round of the German championship against Bochum (2-3), Bild reports.
Munich head coach Thomas Tuchel replaced Kimmich in the 63rd minute of the match. After the final whistle, which marked the second consecutive defeat in the league, Joshua could not contain his emotions and had a heated argument with assistant coach Zsolt Löw on the way to the dressing room.
At the press conference, Tuchel did not want to talk about the consequences and tried to downplay the scene: "I know what's going on. It's not for the public. We are in a football dressing room, it's emotional."
Even before the start of this season, Tuchel stressed that he needed a real holding midfielder who would be the boss on the pitch. He did not consider Kimmich to be such a person, viewing him more as an 'eight' than a 'six'.
In addition, the player was very annoyed that in the 0-3 game against Bayer Leverkusen, the coach put Goretzka and Pavlovic in the midfield from the first minute, and not him.
