"Dnipro-1 tried to sign former Dynamo Kiev striker Vladyslav Kulach, who is currently playing for Azerbaijani club Zira, a well-known Ukrainian TV commentator Ihor Tsyganyk has said.
According to the source, Dnipro came to the 30-year-old footballer with a proposal for co-operation, but he refused due to his unwillingness to return to Ukraine.
