The press service of Metalist 1925 has announced the transfer of defender Dmytro Kapinus.
It is reported that Kapinus has signed an agreement until 31 December 2028. Previously, the footballer played professionally for Shakhtar's youth team (57 matches, 4 goals) and has three matches for the Ukrainian U-17 national team.
For the last two years, Kapinus has been playing for Metalist 1925 on loan, and now he has become a full-fledged player of the Kharkiv club.
It will be recalled that on Sunday, 25 February, Metalist 1925 will play Dynamo in the 18th round of the Ukrainian championship. The match starts at 15:30.
