Kyiv UPL clubs have not yet received permission from the State Emergency Situations Service and the military administration to use certified shelters, which is necessary to allow fans to enter stadiums in the second part of the current football season.
But the relevant decision will be approved in the near future, the TaToTake telegram channel reports, citing the deputy general director of Dynamo Kyiv Serhiy Mokhnik.
At the same time, according to the source, the location for the bomb shelter, which will be used by visitors of matches at the Dynamo stadium named after Valeriy Lobanovskiy, will be an underground passage on the European Square.
We would like to add that the distance from the stands of the Dynamo arena to the entrance to the shelter is 800 metres.
