"We are paying a lot of attention to Yaremchuk. His progress at Valencia is excellent," Brugge chief executive

Belgian side Brugge's executive director Vincent Mannart has spoken about the club's plans for their Ukrainian striker Roman Yaremchuk, who is currently (and until the end of the current season) on loan at Spanish side Valencia.

"We are paying a lot of attention to Yaremchuk. His progress at Valencia is excellent. And at the same time, we realise that he can play even better and more effectively - he can give us more than he is giving to Valencia at the moment.

But it is not yet time to talk about his future. Within six to eight weeks we and Valencia will know what we want from next season. We are looking for the best solution for all parties", - said Mannart on the air of radio Marca.

Recall, Yaremchuk is interested in staying at Valencia and after the end of the lease. This is what the Spanish club also wants, but the realisation of such plans is under great question, as Brugge in this matter is repelled by the size of the investment made in the Ukrainian - 17 million euros (so much the Belgians paid Portuguese Benfica for Yaremchuk's transfer), which almost puts Valencia in a deadlock.
