Despite a number of substitutions that tried to change the situation, including the introduction of A. Sanabria and A. Masina in the 81st minute, it was not enough to prevent a defeat. Torino were defeated in the 89th minute when D. Huysen scored an own goal, sealing Roma's victory. The match ended 3-2 in favour of Roma, to the delight of the home team's fans. Thanks to this result, Roma moved up the Serie A standings, while Torino will have to regroup and recover from this disappointing defeat.
