Igor Tsyganik: "We already know that the UAF budget deficit is about €2 million!"

Well-known commentator Igor Tsyganik said that the audit, which was previously announced by the new UAF president Andriy Shevchenko, had already revealed a deficit of about €2 million in the UAF budget.

"Andriy Shevchenko has taken over the Ukrainian Football Association. Earlier he announced that a financial audit of the UAF would be conducted in the near future. And I want to reveal the following insight to you: today it is already known that the financial "hole" in the budget is about 2 million euros!

That is, now the new UAF management needs to find 2 million euros just to close this budget. Imagine what happened before. It's a rather complicated story for Shevchenko's team, because they need to sort it all out.

The full report will be published in two months. Then Andriy Shevchenko will go to the press and announce its results. However, today we already have information that we need to close the deficit of almost 2 million euros, and this is a huge amount," Tsyganik said on the Tsyganik Live programme.
