Next Saturday, 2 March, Dynamo will play the match of the 19th round of the Ukrainian championship. The White and Blues will host Chornomorets Odesa at the Dynamo Stadium named after V. Lobanovskyi. This will be the first time after a long break that Kyiv's game will be played with the participation of fans.
Meanwhile, Oleksandr Shovkovskyi's team continues to prepare for the match at their club base in Vita-Litovska.
The Dynamo players work in the mode of one training session per day. The training on the pitch is preceded by a workout in the fitness room.
On Thursday, two days before the game, the gym session was short and served as a warm-up. The players performed a set of stretching exercises on fitness mats and with fitness bands.
The warm-up before the main work continued on the pitch, where the Dynamo players did several intensive running exercises around the training racks.
The main part of the training session began with practising quick passes. This was followed by tactical exercises and exercises to complete attacks. In addition, the team worked on playing standard positions. The training session ended with a traditional goal kick.
On Friday, the players will have a traditional "check-in" to the base before the game, meaning that after the training session they will stay at the base until they leave for the Dynamo Lobanovsky Stadium on the day of the match.
It will be recalled that the Dynamo vs Chornomorets match will start at 15:30.
