Blawacki has taken a three-month leave of absence, he has a valid contract until 30 June 2024. Prior to Tomasovia, Blawacki was head coach of elite Lviv and a number of other Ukrainian teams.

At the same time, several Ukrainian coaches are still working in Poland: Mykola Dremlyuk is in charge of third-league Olimpija (Zambrouw), Taras Ilnytskyy is in charge of fourth-league Polonia (Przemysl), and Oleksandr Shevelyukhin is the assistant manager of first-league Lechia (Gdansk).
