Girona continue to have full confidence in Dovbic despite his scoreless streak

The coaching staff of Spanish "Girona" and the team as a whole, continue to fully trust the Ukrainian striker Artem Dovbik, despite the apparent decline in his game and, especially, performance, reports AS.

In the last six matches "Girona" 26-year-old footballer failed to score a single goal and did not give a single assist. In addition, in two recent matches with Rayo Vallecano (0:0) and Mallorca (0:1) Dovbik became the worst in his coamnda according to WhoScored and SofaScore.

Nevertheless, according to AS, the main message from both Girona's coach and the team's locker room is as follows: "Such series happen. Dovbic is an incredible striker, he will start scoring again".

Let's add that in the current season Dovbik has played 28 matches for Girona in all tournaments and he has 14 goals and 7 assists to his credit.
