Tottenham head coach Angelos Postecoglou commented on the financial capabilities of the Londoners.
"I don't think we are close to where we want to be. It will probably take a little bit more than three transfer windows to reach our goal.
I don't think we can spend £100 million on a player. And I don't think the club will ever be able to do that. Our competitors are spending money, no matter where they are... I've always believed that it's not how much you spend, but how you spend," the Sports Star quoted Postecoglou as saying.
