"Manchester United are preparing to strengthen their midfield in the summer transfer window, Sky Sports reports.
The new owner of the club, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, is ready to sign documents to allocate just over £100 million to acquire young Benfica midfielder João Neves.
Last season, Neves started playing for the first team and quickly won a place in the starting line-up. The 19-year-old has now played 62 matches in all competitions, scoring three goals and providing three assists.
