Former Chelsea defender Kalidou Koulibaly says he is enjoying his time at Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal.
The Senegalese joined the Blues in the summer of 2022, when Chelsea entered the era of Todd Bowley's ownership. However, due to a lack of playing practice, the 32-year-old left for Saudi Arabia.
"I found happiness again on and off the pitch. At Chelsea, everything was not as I expected, I was not used to not playing. When the offer came, I realised it could be the right decision.
I am delighted with the championship, it is growing. People underestimate the level of the Saudis. Many thought that we came here on holiday, and it turned out that this was not the case. We have 27 wins in a row, and we will not stop until we win titles," AS quoted Kulibali as saying.
