The head coach of Real Madrid, Carlo Ancelotti, has named the differences between the English and Spanish leagues.
"They are different. This does not mean that one league is better or worse than the other. The Premier League has less tactics. In terms of tactics, the Spanish league is far superior to the English one. If we talk about intensity and rhythm, perhaps the Premier League is better in this regard. But in Spain, football is better tactically," Ancelotti was quoted as saying by AS.
It will be recalled that the Italian coach has experience in England. Between 2009 and 2011, Ancelotti coached Chelsea, and just before returning to Madrid, he was in charge of Everton for two years.
