According to the source, last week Catalan president Joan Laporta met with the striker's representative. The agent made it clear that Liverpool would want to earn approximately €120-140 million from the sale of their player. It is noted that at the moment, such expenditures are impossible for the "blue-garnet" due to the financial situation at the club.

Diaz has been playing for Liverpool since January 2022. This season, the winger has played 38 matches for the Merseysiders in all competitions, scoring 11 goals and three assists.
