Chernomorets coach did not return to Ukraine from training camp and fled to the USA

It seems that the example of two former representatives of the Kryvbas women's football club, SMM specialist Roman Lopatin and photographer Roman Medvedev, who did not return to Ukraine after the Champions League matches in Sweden, has become a reference point for another football person.

Igor Kasyanenko

As Sport.ua has learnt, we are talking about Igor Kasyanenko, the fitness coach of Chornomorets Odessa, who joined Roman Grigorchuk's coaching staff at the beginning of 2022.

After spending exactly two years in Odessa, in early January, he together with the team of "sailors" went to a training camp in Turkey, from where he did not return to his homeland.

According to unofficial information, Kasyanenko stopped his work in "Chernomorets" for the sake of further escape to the ocean. Unlike the other members of the Odessa team, who did not neglect the permission issued by the Ministry of Youth and Sports to travel abroad during the martial law in Ukraine, the native of Lugansk went to the United States. In this country, the fugitive intends to "drop anchor" with his family in warm Miami. However, so far Igor Kasyanenko has cast a shadow on the Odessa club, where he enjoyed the trust of colleagues for two years.

His escape from Ukraine is still under investigation. FC Chernomorets refrain from any comments on the above-mentioned situation until the end of the verification of this fact.
