On 23 March, the clubs of the first and second leagues will start the spring part of the season. President of the Ukrainian PFL Oleksandr Kadenko told how many teams, playing under the aegis of the league, are going to play at home with fans:
"There are 20 teams of the first league and 13 of the second league under our care. According to the information I have, 14 of them are going to play home matches with spectators. Now the clubs are at the final stage of drawing up the necessary documents, which must be approved by the commissions established under the regional military state administrations. These organisations are responsible for ensuring that those fans who will come to the football match in case of an air raid will be guaranteed safety.
Now Karpaty and Bukovyna are ready to receive the most spectators at their home games - up to two thousand. But two more representatives from the "Champion's" group - "Ingulets" and "Prykarpattya" do not plan to invite the 12th player yet," Kadenko said.
