"It doesn't take a lot of intelligence to sign Mbappe. Anyone can do that. The more difficult task is to find a new Mbappe, Bellingham or Roy Keane. The solution is not to spend a lot of money on a few strong players. The club has already done that if you look at the last ten years.

The first thing we need to do is put the right people in the right places, organise the club. We have to make sure we are selecting the right players. A very important part of managing a football club is getting the right players, finding new players," The Independent quoted Ratcliffe as saying.
