Oleksandr Kucher: "Dnipro-1" still hasn't paid my debt"

Former Dnipro 1 coach Oleksandr Kucher spoke about the legal proceedings with his former club.

- Last year, I filed a lawsuit regarding the debt of Dnipro-1 to me - three months' salary and bonuses for the second place in the season-2022/23, - the coach clarifies. - However, nothing has not yet been considered in this matter. As I understand, while the UAF Dispute Resolution Chamber is not working. Therefore, I am waiting for its employees to hold a meeting at which a decision will be made in respect of me.

- For what period exactly are you owed money?

- Just for the three months that preceded my resignation as head coach. I met with the executive director of Dnipro-1 Andriy Rusol, after which I received a document confirming that I am indeed owed these funds. Within a month after signing an agreement with the club to settle all financial issues, Dnipro-1 was obliged to pay me the full amount of the debt until 15 October 2023, but it did not happen.

- What were your further actions?

- After the documents were made, I wrote a letter to the club management. However, there was no reaction from their side. So I had no choice but to file a lawsuit with the UAF Dispute Resolution Chamber. I did everything clearly according to the protocol, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations. Since then, my suit is in the walls of the UAF. I hope that we will not have to wait long and the debt case will finally come to an end.
