"After the flight to Poznan, the Blue and Yellows took a bus to the town of Opalenytsia, where they managed to hold training sessions in the format of a game series on a high-quality field. Ukraine defender Maksym Taloverov shared his impressions of his debut for the national team and the 2-1 victory over Bosnia and Herzegovina.

"It's always hard to sleep after a tense match, because the andrenaline is going through the roof. But I feel great because we won and I made my debut for the national team. It was a great day for me. I was the happiest person in the world. I am very grateful to the coaching staff for believing in me, it is very important. I tried to do everything that was expected of me.

In the 80th minute, when we were losing, I really believed in winning. We didn't have such a great chance, but everyone could see that we were in control and could score. I am very happy that we managed to do it," said Maksym Taloverov.

It will be recalled that the final Euro 2024 play-off match between Ukraine and Iceland will take place on 26 March at the Tarczynski Arena Wrocław stadium in Wrocław, Poland, and will start at 20:45 local time (21:45 Kyiv time).
