Aston Villa winger Leon Bailey, Jamaica's top football talent in recent years, has decided to suspend his performances for the national team. The player expressed his disappointment with the professionalism and infrastructure of the Jamaican Football Federation.
"They are very unprofessional. They send you plane tickets at 23:00 in the evening. I don't remember the last time I received a dollar from the Jamaican national team.
We could train two days before a match, sometimes for only an hour, on pitches where the ball doesn't even roll properly, making it impossible to practice passes like we do in clubs," Football Talk quotes Bailey as saying.
