The President of the Ukrainian Football Association Andriy Shevchenko congratulated the national team of Ukraine on its 2-1 victory over Iceland in yesterday's play-off final match of the Euro 2024 qualifying round and its entry into the final part of the European Championship.
"Ukraine is fighting for the right to play at the Euro! I sincerely congratulate the players and the coaching staff led by Serhii Rebrov on this victory. Now we are looking forward to the start of the championship in Germany with great anticipation and hope. Ukraine's fourth Euro!" Shevchenko wrote on his Facebook page.
