Ukraine midfielder Heorhii Sudakov commented on our team's entry into the finals of Euro 2024 after the 2-1 victory over Iceland in the final play-off qualifier.

I do not think about my performance, although it is very nice, but first of all I give all of myself to the team. I am incredibly happy that we won!
I can say that in the match against Iceland we played like at home, in our own stands, when 30,000 fans are pushing you forward. And it gives you incredible confidence when you are supported like that. The away game against Bosnia was harder. I can only thank the fans for the atmosphere. Today, we really showed, probably not in the first half, but in the second, what we are capable of and what the Ukrainian national team is.
For me, this will be a special Euro, and I am already incredibly looking forward to it. I think we have every chance to get out of the group. We already know our opponents and will be preparing. Now, of course, we are focusing on the Ukrainian league matches, on our club, and then all our thoughts will be on the Euro," said Georgy Sudakov.
