Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp commented on the 2-1 victory over Brighton in the 30th round of the English Championship.
"It would have been great to keep the scoreline the same. I would have preferred to lead by 4-5 goals. But this is our best game against De Zerbi's Brighton.
The level of Brighton is incredible. This is an indicator of how good we were today, because I have a lot of respect for Brighton. They had their moments, they suddenly started taking a lot of risks, and we were a bit tired. We deserved to win. It's what we wanted and it's also very cool," Klopp was quoted as saying by Sky Sports.
