In a tense Serie A match between Lecce and Roma, both teams failed to score, resulting in a goalless draw. The match took place at Ettore Giardiniero's Stadio Ettore Giardiniero - Via del Mare and the fans were looking forward to an exciting match. The second half continued in the same vein, with both teams trying to break the deadlock.

Celik instead of B. Cristante, P. Dibala and himself respectively. Despite the substitutions and late drama, neither team could find the turning point and the match ended in a stalemate.
