Head of UAF Refereeing Committee Kateryna Monzul meets with representatives of UPL clubs

A video conference was held between representatives of UPL clubs and the head of the UAF Judicial Committee Kateryna Monzul, the TaToTake telegram channel reports.

According to the source, the meeting lasted about half an hour. The following ideas were voiced:

1. Abandonment of the regional principle of appointing judges. Conditionally, a Kyiv referee can officiate at Dynamo matches, a Lviv referee can officiate at Rukh matches, and a Kharkiv referee can officiate at Metalist 1925 matches.

2. Establish a bonus fund to reward referees for quality work at the end of the season.

3. Appointment of referees for matches by drawing lots. Theoretically, the most important point of the meeting was spoken verbally by Ms Monzul - without a visual presentation. Preliminarily, for adequate seeding, the referees will be divided into groups according to their level of qualification, and the matches will be divided according to the difficulty rating.
