"There is destruction. I don't know the extent yet. We rent it, so we don't know how and what to restore there yet either.
It's not good. Everything will have an impact on the club's activities. Because people are scared. How will young men, children, parents react... There are things we can't influence. Like last time, the Brazilians got scared and left, young guys. Many of them spend the night at the base, and this is not a one-off.

There were children's groups there, so there will be problems for the club. That's without estimating the financial side. I haven't been to the base yet, I've seen photos - the arena needs to be rebuilt, another building with the coaches' and staff's rooms. It is not destroyed, but there are some problems. But this is secondary. The worst thing is how it affects the moral component, the children. That's it. Losing children's and youth football... This is the most important component.

It's getting worse in our region. The last month and a half is a really unpleasant story. Constant anxiety, two home games lasted 4.5 hours. There's no point in moving and playing in another city, but in Poltava we played a match for a long time (we're talking about Vorskla vs Dynamo - ed.), so... The biggest question is how to continue to function when people are afraid to be there," Friedman said.
