Bayern Munich midfielder Thomas Muller commented on the defeat to Borussia Dortmund in the 27th round of the German championship.
- "We are very disappointed with our performance, the international break did not do us any good. The fact that Bayer scored the winning goal again in the last minutes also hindered us a little bit, but this is no excuse. Our game also has problems. We played sluggish football, we were not effective enough. We could have scored at crucial moments.
"Borussia played decent football for 90 minutes, but did not do anything out of the ordinary. They deserved to win. We hoped that this day would be an impetus for the next games, but in the first half we played too wildly, we showed little individually," said Thomas Muller.
