Former Ajax striker Patrick Kluivert has expressed his readiness to take over the Amsterdam club.
"It hurts me to see my club like this, so who knows. Anyway, I haven't talked to anyone yet," the Dutchman said.
When asked why he has not yet been approached by Ajax, Kluivert replied. "That's a very good question. I've been asking myself the same thing. I think I'm the right guy for it. I think on a personal level I can pass on my experience to the players well. I am definitely an Ajax man. I'm not looking for recognition or anything like that, but it would be nice," Kluivert was quoted as saying by AD.
