Ukraine's Olympic team to play Egypt, Italy, Panama and Japan at tournament in France

In June, the Ukrainian Olympic team will take part in an international U-23 tournament in France. It will be the 50th anniversary edition of this competition.

The tournament will involve 10 teams divided into two groups. In the first stage, Ruslan Rotan's charges will face Egypt, Italy, Panama and Japan.

It should be noted that the future participants of the 2024 Olympics - Ukraine, France, and Egypt - will play in the tournament. Potential Asian representatives at the Games - Saudi Arabia, South Korea and Japan - will also play. By the way, our team recently played a friendly match with the latter (0:2).

As a reminder, on 20 March, Ukraine found out its rivals in the 2024 Olympic football tournament. Being in the fourth basket, it received Argentina, Morocco and the third Asian team as opponents in Group B. The blue and yellows will play their quartet matches on 24, 27 and 30 July.
