Brighton's head coach Roberto De Zerbi has spoken about his plans for the future.
"My ambitions are the same as those of my players and fans. When I said that Brighton needs something different, maybe stronger, I didn't mean me. My club needs to give something more every season, every transfer window, to work better in terms of organisation.
The club is more important than the coaches, and I know that very well. If I think only about my part of the job, the club cannot improve, cannot grow, I want to be important for my club. Today it's Brighton, before it was Shakhtar, before that it was Sassuolo. I always work like this and no one can change the way I work," De Zerbi was quoted as saying by Goal.
