Dynamo defender Kostiantyn Vivcharenko told NV why he played so well individually in the 3-0 win over Zorya and named the man who is allowed to do everything in the team.
Konstantin Vivcharenko (photo: fcdynamo.com)- You are playing very well on the left wing now. In the match against Zorya, Denys Antiukh was literally eaten up on every patch of the pitch. Are you confident that you can play well against anyone individually?
- When I came on the pitch, I was confident in my own abilities. I was in a very good mood for the game. And also concentration. That's why everything went so well.
- Mykola Shaparenko came back, started scoring and giving assists. Is he in this state now as Dynamo's conductor?
- Of course he is. Mykola was, is and will be an important player for the team. For me, his game is a common thing. There are no surprises.
- How did Andriy Yarmolenko's return to the team go? Did it give you confidence in your own abilities?
- Of course it did. When such a person shares the locker room with you, it's very cool. He is a legend not only of Dynamo, but of all Ukrainian football. He gives a lot of advice to every player, which is why he is an example for many. Everyone in the team looks up to him.
- There are moments in matches when Yarmolenko is not happy with certain actions of your teammates. Sometimes he can say something with a complaint. How do young players react to this?
- This is a normal process. We listen to what Andrii suggests. We follow the instructions of the coaching staff. Yarmolenko is the highest ranking player at Dynamo. He is a legend of the club, he can give advice to everyone. He wants the best for us.
- Vladyslav Kabayev scored a very beautiful ball into the back of the net in the game against Zorya. What did you think of his shot?
- Well, he slapped the ball hard. It was a lucky shot.
- The president of Dynamo said that with Yarmolenko's return, the team feels confident and calm at the same time. Is it really true?
- The answer is yes: the results speak for themselves.
