Cassano: "Leao thinks he's a genius, but he's just a decent player"

Former AC Milan striker Antonio Cassano reacted to Rafael Leao's performance after the 31st round of the Italian league match against Lecce (3-0).

"Leao thinks he's a genius, but he's just a decent player. He hasn't scored a single goal in a league as bad as Serie A for more than 5 months. Many years ago, it would have been difficult for him to play in the sixth or seventh team in Serie A. Rushford and Foden are better than him," Cassano told RAI.

This season, the Portuguese has played 27 matches for the Rossoneri in the Italian league, scoring six goals and providing eight assists.
