Oleksandr Shovkovskyi's men had one day off after the last game, which took place on Monday in Kyiv against LNZ. And since Wednesday, they have traditionally been preparing for the upcoming match at the country club base in Vita-Litovsk. "The White and Blues are working in a one-off training session, starting in the gym.

The first 20 minutes of Wednesday's session were open to the media, who could watch the White and Blues prepare. The training session itself was somewhat lightweight, with a focus on game drills and ball handling. It also began with a warm-up and stretching session in the fitness room.

The players, under the guidance of physical training coaches Oleksandr Vasyliev and Vitalii Kulyba, also performed joint mobility exercises, followed by tasks using rubber bands, weights, dumbbells and other loads and fitness equipment. Special attention was paid to bodyweight exercises, exercises for the back of the thighs, adductor muscles, etc. All this is necessary to activate the muscles before the main work on the field.

The training session continued outside with a short run and warm-up with balls. The players also divided into several groups and played in squares with different tasks. The main part of the training session was devoted to game exercises. To improve the emotional state and raise the team's spirits after the draw with LNZ, the coaching staff suggested that the players play a mini-tournament. Three teams played on a large goal in the middle of the field. Several times, goals were accompanied by very emotional shouts and applause, which added a special atmosphere, excitement and positive mood to the training.

The training session ended as usual: with the practice of tactical schemes, combinations and actions in the final stages of attacks, including passes to the flank, subsequent crosses into the penalty area and shots on goal. The coaching staff also used additional equipment, such as posts, chips, etc.

It is worth noting that Vitalii Buyalskyi, Anton Tsarenko and Volodymyr Shepelev trained in the general group without restrictions. And Naveen Malysh continues to work on an individual programme, as his recovery from surgery is still ongoing. As for Andriy Yarmolenko, he focused on his individual planned recovery.

On Thursday morning, the players will have a morning training session. On Friday, there will be a theoretical session, a training session, and lunch, after which the team will travel to Oleksandriya by bus. Upon arrival at the hotel, the Dynamo players will have dinner and rest.

On the day of the game, after breakfast, the players will gather for a pre-match training session and travel to the Nika Stadium, where the match will take place. It will be recalled that the match between Oleksandriya and Dynamo will start at 15:30. The team is scheduled to return to Kyiv immediately after the game.
