Before the open training session, Dynamo midfielder Vladyslav Kabaev spoke about the team's preparation in the gym for the main part of the session:

"Not every footballer likes training in the gym, but we understand that it is necessary. Now we are used to it, because we have been training in the new gym for almost a year. We come here every day: first, before training, then we work out on the pitch, and after training, if you want, you can come here to work out. This is an integral part of a footballer's life.

The exercises are widely available. You can look it up on the internet, there are physical trainers in the team, I also work out with another coach, there is a nutritionist, in short, there are many tools that help you play well and score goals.

Who arrives at the base before everyone else? Buyalsky is always the first to arrive at the base. Sometimes I arrive an hour and a half before the training session, and his car is already there. We joke about it, and he says, 'No matter what time you arrive, I'll always be there before you,'" Kabaev said.
