The prosecutor investigating the case of the attack on Khatskevich: "The club and the players did not want to cooperate"

According to Przegląd Sportowy Onet, the Jaworzno District Prosecutor's Office initiated proceedings for the attack after taking a statement from Hatskevich.

Prosecutor Zbigniew Zenba, who is leading the case, shared its details. In particular, it became known that the club's players are afraid to testify for fear of retaliation from football hooligans.

- The police have been instructed to launch an investigation and identify other victims and witnesses. The deadline for completion of the investigation is June this year. Neither the club nor the players wanted to cooperate, so we have to establish the course of events. We have very primitive material that we received from Sosnovets. Only after interrogating people will we be able to say more, but for now we are finding out if we can identify the perpetrators, if there are any CCTV footage. This is still at a preliminary stage," Zenba said.
