Kryvbas coach Yuriy Vernidub reacted aggressively after the 1-1 draw in the Ukrainian championship with Rukh to a journalist's question about the coach's claims to the referee during the game.
"Referees? Why do you constantly ask me such questions? Well there were claims, but what - did I insult someone? You don't look for that from me, I don't touch them (referees - note). Stop making a demon out of me. Only I criticised? And Vitaly Ponomarev didn't do it?
The score is 1:1, equal game, somewhere a fair score. Somewhere we lacked concentration, but both teams played for this result. For us it is an unfortunate result," Vernidub said on air on UPL.TV.
