A scandal erupted after the First League match in the knockout group between Niva Ternopil and Dinaz (1-4). The commentator of the match, Pavlo Posokhov, gave details of the incident.
On Saturday, 30 March, a match in the knockout group between Niva Ternopil and Dinaz took place, which ended in a 4-1 victory for the visitors. The commentator of the match, Pavlo Posokhov, said that after the game, one of Niva's investors, Roman Mykhailiv, approached him with claims about his commentary on the match. The official hinted that Posokhov was rooting for Dinaz.
"It seems that today was the last time he commented on Niva. After the game, the gentleman in the photo, I think it was Mr Mykhailiv, came up to me and asked where I was from. When I answered, he started telling me that "now I understand why Dinaz scores a goal and you are ploughing away".
When I pointed out that the broadcast was on YouTube and the commentator was neutral, the gentleman got even more agitated and started shouting at his employees "to find me a normal commentator, not this one," Pavlo Posokhov wrote on his Telegram channel.
