Italian journalist Nicolo Schira spoke about the future plans of Bayer head coach Xabi Alonso, who became German champion with his club yesterday.
"Xabi Alonso's future plans are clear: he rejected offers from Liverpool and Bayern Munich to stay at Bayer before taking charge of Real Madrid in 2025 or 2026. He is Florentino Perez's main target as a replacement for Carlo Ancelotti when he steps down as Madrid coach," Skira wrote on his Twitter page.
