Former Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Serhiy Sydorchuk, who now plays for Westerlo, expressed his opinion on bolloi.

"You've probably heard the story of how a bolboi at the Tottenham match passed the ball to Serge Aurier very quickly. There was an attack that ended in a goal. This is probably one of the moments that contributed to the discussion about changing the rules for bolbois in the Premier League to remove their influence on the game. Do you think this is an additional advantage of a home match?

I will express my opinion as a person who is inside this process. There were no such episodes in the matches I played in. It often happens that in away matches, on the contrary, guys delay the time for their teams and it's a bit annoying. You want to put the ball into play quickly, and they are preventing you from doing so.

When I was a teenager, I also served balls in Zaporizhzhia. Sometimes, we would stall a little bit with the guys or, on the contrary, act faster when it was necessary. In general, in my childhood, being a bolboy was like being a participant in the game. We attended all of Metalurh's home games and saw professional football up close: the nuances of warming up before and during the break, how the goalkeepers work, what kind of boots and pads they wear.

It may seem like a small thing, but it is precisely these little things that make up the matches and achieve results," Sydorchuk wrote on his Instagram page.
