"Kolos" on the eve of the match with "Dynamo" may be left without a head coach

The management of Kolos Kovalivka may dismiss the team's head coach Yaroslav Vishnyak in the very near future.

Yaroslav Vishnyak

According to journalist Mikhail Spivakovsky, the resignation of the 41-year-old specialist will take place if "Kolos" fails to achieve a positive result in the match of the 25th round of the Ukrainian championship with Poltava "Vorskla", which will be held next Saturday, 20 April.

"As far as I know, after the match against Metalist 1925" (1:1) there was another conversation between the president of "Kolos" and the head coach. From what I heard, the chance for Vishnyak was limited to two matches. One of which "Kolos" lost to "Polesya" (0:1). That leaves the next round match, which Kolos plays away against Vorskla - not the easiest match, to put it bluntly," the journalist said on the air of Youtube channel "TaToTake".

It is also reported that in case of dismissal of Vishnyak "Kolos" will consider two options: either to invite a foreign coach, or to give a chance to Kolos youth team (U-19) Oleksandr Pozdeev.

We shall remind you that Kolos is one of the nearest rivals of Dynamo Kyiv: the Bilo-Syni will play with the Kovalivka team on 5 May within the 27th round of the UPL.
