The head coach of Dynamo Kyiv, Oleksandr Shovkovskyi, commented on the 3-1 victory over Minai in the match of the 16th round of the Ukrainian championship on the broadcast.
- Firstly, I would like to congratulate our fans on the victory. Secondly, I thank our defenders for the opportunity to play this match.
We played two completely different halves today. While in the first half we had a lot of chances, in the second half we were not quite confident. I am not satisfied with the second half. We won, good, we move on. But we will analyse this game and analyse the actions of our players.
- The goal was conceded from the support area...
- Everyone makes mistakes. It was a great performance. But we should have been present on the pitch in the area where the goal was scored.
- The main intrigue of the day: where is Volodymyr Brazhko?
- I said after the game with Oleksandriya that we have some kind of virus in the team. Today, Volodymyr had a fever and couldn't play. Someone is always out. The first was Neshcheret, then Sirota, and the day before yesterday - Brazhko.
- How would you assess Buyalsky's condition?
- You know, the starting line-up was adjusted due to the fact that the match was being played out. The players who were in the starting line-up in December had to either start today or we could not include them in the application at all. That's why there were reshuffles. In principle, we planned the substitutions we made, but I hoped for a more confident ending.
- Did Voloshin rehabilitate himself for the red card?
- Well, how did he rehabilitate... Everyone makes mistakes. In those situations, he went into the fight. Somewhere, perhaps, he went over the edge, but today we agreed that he would play today's game in full to give other players a chance to rest. We deliberately released Kabayev in the first half and Shaparenko in the second half so that they had practice and were fresher for the next game.
