Taras Mikhavko: "Sometimes it happens that I don't understand something tactically"

Dynamo Kyiv defender Taras Mikhavko commented on the 3-0 victory over Polissya in the Ukrainian Premier League matchday 25 on the TV.

- I was recovering from an injury, getting fit, working and waiting - and thank God the team played well today.

- Was it hard to play against the American Luyffer?

- It's hard to play with all the strikers. But today we played very compact in defence and did not give our opponents the opportunity to accelerate and turn around. And so, he is a good striker.

- Is there a lot of competition for your position?

- Yes, of course. Competition at this level encourages you to work and prove yourself. This, of course, gives a lot.

- Have you already adapted to the "adult" level of the UPL?

- I am fully prepared, there is no need for adaptation. It just sometimes happens that I don't understand something tactically because I'm not used to it. But, in general, I have already adapted.

- Does Oleksandr Shovkovskyi communicate a lot individually?

- Yes, of course he does. And not only Oleksandr Volodymyrovych, but also all the coaches, the entire coaching staff.

- He congratulated us on the victory. He shook my hand and said: "Well done!"
