Former Real Madrid coach Fabio Capello shared his opinion on Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi after the Laureus World Sports Awards held in Madrid on 22 April.
"Ronaldo is a great player. He's won many titles, he's won the Ballon d'Or, but as I said before, he's not as great as Messi. If you ask me about Cristiano and Lionel, I'll say Messi. Ronaldo is a great goalscorer, his shot, he can do everything on the football field, but he is not a genius. It's very simple," Goal quoted Capello as saying.
