The UEFA administration is going to return Russian delegates to international matches, a delegate of this organisation and a commissioner of the Russian Football Union (RFU) assures.
"The UEFA administration has written us letters assuring us that they will try to bring us back and will start appointing us to some matches, but it will be a very limited number of games and countries," TASS quoted Tsitovich as saying.
